Owner of Phu Xuan restaurant in Hochi Minh city of Vietnam is the grandchild of the last Hue Royal head chef under the Dynasties of King Khai inh (1916-1925)and Vietnam`s last King Baodai(1926-1945). Hoang Anh is the only one who has continued her grandfather`s work.
